From launching an indie record label, to art directing the ultra-cool trailblazing Jane Magazine to launching an ecommerce brand before instagram and shopify existed, to co-founding and leading a million-dollar creative agency to spearheading the re-branding of a billion-dollar business, Founder, Amy Demas’s strategic vision, creativity, passion and tenacity has given her the tools to develop a highly effective and forward-thinking creative ideation process.

Amy has over 23 years of experience conceptualizing creative communications for every media platform for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Revlon, Target, Victoria’s Secret, White House Black Market, Stila Cosmetics, ABC Networks, Vogue, Salma Hayek, CVS/pharmacy, West Elm, DC Shoes, Harpers Bazaar, Quicksilver and Condé Nast.
